John Howard '07 won a total of seven letters during his career, earning four in football and three in wrestling. A two-time team MVP in football, Howard twice earned All-Midwest Conference accolades. He was a first-team pick as a kick returner in 2006 after being a second-team selection in 2005. Howard was a three-time team MVP in wrestling and was second team all-conference after the 2006 season.
