Competed in basketball, volleyball, and track & field at Illinois College. Vest earned 11 varsity letters at IC, while being named an all-conference selection in all three sports. She was the Midwest Conference high jump champion in 1996 and graduated with the Illinois College school record in the event. She also ranks among IC’s career leaders in kills and digs, and was a member of the Midwest Conference championship team in 1996.
