A four-year starter for the IC volleyball program, Heather Bergstedt (née Jonasson) was twice named All-Midwest Conference, including first team honors in her senior season of 2004. In her final season for the Lady Blues she was also named a CoSIDA Academic All-American. To this day she ranks as one of the top volleyball talents at Illinois College, having become one of five players all-time to reach 1,000 kills for her career.
