GRINNELL, Iowa – The Illinois College women's swimming team got off to a solid start on day one of the 2025-26 Midwest Conference Championships on Thursday at the Russell K. Osgood Pool on the campus of Grinnell.
Jadyn Grismer got the day off to a strong start as she posted the second-fastest 200-yard freestyle time (2:00.97) while leading off the 800-yard freestyle relay team along with
Isabelle Reardon,
Abby Stevens, and
Laci O'Malley. That group would go on to post the second-fastest time in program annals with an 8:16.85 effort. The foursome finished fourth in the league.
