GRINNELL, Iowa – The Illinois College women's swimming team posted a pair of top-three finishes on the third day of the 2025-26 Midwest Conference Women's Swimming Championships on Friday at the Russell K. Osgood Pool on the campus of Grinnell.
In the individual events,
Jadyn Grismer finished third in the 100-yard backstroke with a time of 59.21 seconds.
The 400-yard medley relay foursome of Grismer,
Julie Edwards,
Jena Sellers, and
Laci O'Malley also brought home a third-place finish, posting a time of 4:11.55.
Sellers would also place seventh in the 100-yard butterfly, touching the wall in 1:01.04.
The Lady Blues are in sixth place in the team standings after the third day of competition.
