NEW ORLEANS – The Illinois College women's track and field program has landed six individuals and a relay team on the 2026 All-Region squad for the Outdoor Track & Field season, the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) announced.
Heading the list of individual honorees is
Aleese Trimingham, who was named in both the 100 and 400-meter hurdles. Trimingham is joined in the track events by
Haley Garrett,
Fynesse Jones, and
McKenzie Murray who are all members of the all-region 4x100-meter relay team.
The Lady Blues had a trio of field event performers earn recognition as well.
Riley Gardner, who will compete at the 2026 NCAA Outdoor Championships on Friday, was tabbed in the high jump and was joined on the squad by
Deja Anderson in the long jump and
Keyleigh Thomas in the javelin.
