NEW ORLEANS – The Illinois College men's track and field program has landed eight individuals and a relay team on the 2026 All-Region squad for the Outdoor Track & Field season, the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) announced.
Individually, the Blueboys placed
Kani Carson,
Ki'on Carson,
Adam Hernandez,
Melvin Hodge,
Blake Larson,
Deon Rodgers,
Jaden Saunders, and
Sam Stimler on the squad. They were joined by the 4x100-meter relay team.
On the track, Carson was honored in the 200 meters, while Hernandez was selected in the 110-meter hurdles. The Carson brothers, Larson, and Stimler were members of the 4x100 relay squad.
In the field events, Hodge, who will compete at the 2026 NCAA Outdoor Championships on Saturday, was named in the hammer throw, Rodgers in the discus, and Saunders in the long jump.
