Gardner Finishes Eighth at NCAA Championship

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – Illinois College's Riley Gardner finished eighth in the high jump at the NCAA Division III Indoor Championships to earn first-team All-American honors on Saturday inside the Birmingham CrossPlex.

A freshman from Crawfordsville, Ind., Gardner cleared a season-best 1.70 meters (5' 7") to earn the top eight finish and the All-American accolades.
