SPRINGFIELD, Ill. – For the second straight week,
Caroline Peters finished first for the IC women's cross country team, this time at the UIS Prairie Stars Invite on Friday at the UIS Cross Country Course.
Peters finished 41st overall with a time of 21:12.90.
Bailey Downing was close behind Peters, taking 43rd in 21:20.81.
Morgan Carrino was third for the Lady Blues and 55th overall in 22:40.56, while
Claire Peters finished 59th in 22:48.77. Rounding out the IC contingent were
Ashley Watson (62nd in 23:01.06),
Emily Arens (69th in 28:48.50), and
Kairy Mercado-Ramos (70th in 23:51.32).
