MONMOUTH, Ill.- The Illinois College women's golf team sits in third place after the opening round of the Fighting Scot Fall Invite hosted at Gibson Woods Golf Course.
The Lady Blues shot 335 (+51) and sit 16 shots back from the lead going into the final round tomorrow morning.
Macie Petropoulos continues her strong start to her career at IC with a seven-over round of 78 to sit in a tie for seventh place and just three shots back from the individual lead. Petropoulos played her last seven holes at one-over par to close out another solid round.
Shelby Seiler continued her success following her individual title at the Country Club Classic with a 12-over round of 83 to sit in a tie for 8
th place.

Karlie Basler closed out the four scores for IC with two round of 87.
