ROCHESTER, N.Y. -- Illinois College's
Dylan Doss won his heat in the 200-meter dash and will compete in the finals after the first day of the NCAA Division III Indoor Championships at the Golisano Training Center.
Doss, a sophomore from Sterling, Ill., won his heat in a time of 21.58 seconds and will enter tomorrow's final as the fifth seed. That race is scheduled to start at 4:15 p.m. (CST).
Earlier in the day, Doss finished 19th in the long jump recording a mark of 6.81 meters.
