JACKSONVILLE, Ill.- The Illinois College men's and women's track & field teams hosted the Jim Green Invite this weekend. The Blueboys finished second overall with a team score of 71.
The men's team was led by
Will Ross claiming first place in the long jump (7.02 meters) and the triple jump (14.61 meters). The Blueboys had an impressive day in the pole vault competition claiming the top three spots.
Jackson Lee finish first (4.15 meters),
Ian Cherry finished second (4.00 meters), and
Max Beyers finish third (3.85 meters).
IC also claimed two wins in relay races placing first in the distance medley relay (11:15.16) and the 4x200 meter relay (1:35.57).
The Blueboys will travel to compete at Monmouth College on Saturday, 2/11 at 10:00 AM.
