GRINNELL, Iowa- The Midwest Conference has announced its weekly award recipients today.
Kendra Bass has been selected as the women's basketball MWC Performer of the Week.
Bass helped lead the Lady Blues through their first two games of the season this weekend in the Millikin University Tournament. The team picked up a win in their first matchup against Greenville University 67-65 and suffered a loss to Westminster in their second contest with a final of 70-75. Bass totaled 39 points, two assists, and seven rebounds over the course of the two games.
The Lady Blues will host Webster University in their home opener on Tuesday, 11/16 at 6:00 PM.Â
