Esports Sweeps Montana in Dominant NECC Overwatch Performance

JACKSONVILLE, Ill. – IC Esports earned a convincing 3–0 sweep over the University of Montana on Thursday night in a Northeast Collegiate Conference (NECC) Overwatch matchup.

IC opened the series with a 2–0 win on Busan (Control), followed by a 3–1 victory on Montana's map pick of Eichenwalde (Hybrid). The sweep was sealed with a 1–0 win on Esperança (Push).

The match featured strong performances across the board, highlighted by high elimination and assist totals. Meryn Davis led all players with 86 eliminations, while Dwight Duijneveld (76) and Carter Naeve (74) also turned in big series numbers. Bunni Little paced IC in assists with 72.

IC controlled each map and closed out the night with a dominant team effort.
