IC Overwatch Falls to Wartburg in MVEC Match

JACKSONVILLE, Ill. – Illinois College dropped a three-map MVEC match to Wartburg College on Wednesday night.

IC opened with a 1–2 loss on Nepal (Control). The team followed with another 1–2 result on its map pick, Eichenwalde (Hybrid). In Game 3, Wartburg secured a 3–0 win on New Junk City (Flashpoint) to close out the series.

Dwight Duijneveld posted a team-best 66 eliminations with a 3.14 KDA and 34,499 damage done. Meryn Davis added 67 eliminations and 30,420 damage. Carter Naeve recorded 34 eliminations and 22,386 damage, while Fray Moulton finished with 33 eliminations and 26 assists. Bunni Little totaled 55 assists and 25,650 healing in the match.
