GRINNELL, Iowa – The Illinois College men's swimming team had four top 10 finishes on the third day of the 2025-26 Midwest Conference Championships on Saturday at the Russell K. Osgood Pool on the campus of Grinnell.
Leading the list of top performances was
Scottie Nicotra, who finished second in the 400-yard IM with a time of 4:08.65.
Lucas Sullens was eighth in the same race, touching the wall in 4:21.53.
John Masiliunas took 10th in the 100-yard backstroke in 54.46 seconds.
The Blueboy 400 medley relay squad of
Nathen Trachta, Sullens,
Gavin Rasmusen, and Nicotra placed fifth, clocking a 3:39.35.
In the team standings, IC remains in fifth place after the first three days of competition.
