GREENSBORO, NC.- Illinois College baseball players
Charlie Lardi and
Louie Bartletti have been recognized on the 2025 ABCA/Rawlings NCAA Division III All-Region 9 Team, as announced on Tuesday by the American Baseball Coaches Association.
Lardi was named to the First Team and earned Region 9 Pitcher of the Year honors after a dominant season on the mound. The junior right-hander went 7-1 with a 1.91 ERA, striking out a school-record 82 batters over 10 starts while allowing just 13 earned runs.
Bartletti was selected to the Second Team following a standout year at the plate. He led the Blueboys with a .374 batting average, starting all 40 games while driving in 33 runs, scoring 51 times, and recording 23 extra-base hits.
Both players were also recognized by D3baseball.com, with Lardi earning a Third Team selection and Bartletti named to the Second Team.
