Mills, a sophomore from Hillsboro, Illinois, continued his historic breakout season by earning ABCA/Rawlings Second Team All-Region honors. He finished the year batting .386 while rewriting the Illinois College record book. Mills became the program's single-season record holder for both hits with 73 and RBIs with 74, surpassing the previous RBI record by 20. His 74 RBIs ranked second nationally while also establishing a new Midwest Conference single-season record. Mills added 17 doubles and 12 home runs, ranking second all-time in doubles in a season while tying the program's single-season home run record. He also scored 56 runs, the second-highest single-season total in program history.

Muskopf, a junior from Millstadt, Illinois, made an immediate impact in his first season with Illinois College. He tied the program's single-season triples record with five while adding 16 doubles and six home runs. Muskopf developed into one of the Blueboys' top offensive threats and helped power Illinois College to one of the most successful seasons in school history.
