JACKSONVILLE, Ill.- The Illinois College Esports team faced a tough challenge in their MEC Overwatch match against Pratt Community College, ultimately falling 0-3.
This loss moves the Overwatch team to 1-1 in the new calendar year and 6-7 for the entire season.Â
The match started on Lijiang Tower (Control), where IC struggled to gain momentum, losing 0-2. Moving on to Suravasa (Flashpoint), the team fought hard but couldn't secure a point, dropping the map 0-3. The final battle on Colosseo (Push) saw IC put up their strongest effort, but they fell short with a 1-3 loss.
