LEBANON, Ill.- The Illinois College men's and women's track and field teams competed on the road in the Bearcat Classic at McKendree University on Friday. The Blueboys finished 12th overall out of 15 teams.
The Blueboys were led by
Dalton West with a second place finish in the hammer throw earning a mark of 45.49 meters.
CJ Hanna placed fourth in the shot put with a mark of 11.27 meters.Â
Devin Boggs was able to earn an impressive time of 16:44.46 in the 5,000-meter run to record a ninth place finish.Â
Both the men's and women's track and field teams will compete next on Saturday, 4/10 at Monmounth College. Events are set to begin at 10:00 AM.Â
