GREENVILLE, Ill.- The Illinois College Lady Blues suffered a loss on the road to the Greenville University Panthers 25-22, 25-14, 25-14.
Abbie Hortsmann led the team with nine kills and a hitting percentage of .389.
Morgan Burr was able to set up her teammates totaling 18 assists on the night.
Jen Humbolt led the team defensively with 19 digs.
Illinois College started the match with a close set against Greenville. A kill by Horstmann would make the score 22-23. The Panthers would hold their lead to finish the set with the win. Greenville would carry this momentum into sets two and three to earn the victory in the match.
The Lady Blues will host DePauw University on Saturday, 3/13 at 7:00 PM.
