JACKSONVILLE, Ill.- The Illinois College Lady Blues suffered a loss at home in straight sets to the Greenville University Panthers 25-15, 25-16, 25-21. This drops the team to 1-4 overall this season.
The Lady Blues were led by
Madison Klanke,
Brenna Dameris, and
Abbie Horstmann offensively recording eight kills each.
Morgan Burr was able to set up her teammates to total 26 assists in the contest.
Jen Humbolt led the team defensively with 17 digs on the night.
IC was led by Horstmann and
Reagan Gifford each totaling four block assists in the contest. Klanke would finish the match with two solo blocks to lead the team as well.
The Lady Blues will look ahead to host Fontbonne University next Monday, 2/22 at 7:00 PM.
