JACKSONVILLE, Ill. – The Illinois College softball team has announced a make-up date for its doubleheader against Beloit College. The Lady Blues were originally scheduled to play the Buccaneers on the road on April 14, but the game was postponed due to cold temperatures and precipitation up north.
The make-up date for that doubleheader is now slated for April 28 in Janesville, Wis. Though being played on a neutral site, the Lady Blues will still be the visiting team on the scoreboard for both games. First pitch of game one is set for 12 p.m.
Prior to that game, Illinois College will already be up in Janesville for a doubleheader with Lawrence University on April 27 at 3 and 5 p.m. The Lady Blues wrap up their home schedule this weekend with a Friday doubleheader against Grinnell College (12 p.m.) and a Saturday doubleheader against Cornell College (1 p.m.).
