LINCOLN, Neb. – The Illinois College women's soccer team posted its first victory of the 2026 campaign, beating Nebraska Wesleyan, 3-0, on Friday inside Abel Stadium.
IC improved to 1-1-0 while the Prairie Wolves dropped to 1-1-0.

The Lady Blues opened the scoring when
Holly Morehart put IC on the board for the first time this season off an assist from
Olivia Hulsey just 14:26 into the match. The Lady Blues defense did the rest for the remainder of the half, and IC took a 1-0 lead into intermission.
The second half saw
Katy Adler add to the IC lead when she scored her first goal of the season at 58:51. For the second time of the day, Hulsey recorded the assist.
Jordyn Reyes extended the Lady Blues' lead to three when she tallied at 67:31.
Stella Gonzalez posted the shutout in goal for the Lady Blues, going the distance and recording seven saves in the process. Adler led the offensive attack with a team-best five shots while
Aliza Rodriguez added a pair.
