LINCOLN, Neb. – The Illinois College women's soccer team dropped a non-conference decision to Gustavus Adolphus, 2-1, on Saturday at Nebraska Wesleyan's Abel Stadium.
The Lady Blues are now 1-2-0, while Gustavus Adolphus moved to 1-1-0.

The Gusties got on the board first, scoring 9:12 into the contest, and that score would hold up through the remainder of the half.
Gustavus Adolphus added an important insurance goal just 1:45 into the second half. That goal would be vital as IC cut the lead in half when
Katy Adler tallied at 63:06, but that would be as close as the Lady Blues would get.
Along with her goal, Adler led IC with three shots on the day.
Olivia Hulsey added a pair.
Stella Gonzalez recorded 11 saves in net for the Lady Blues.
