JACKSONVILLE, Ill. – The Illinois College women's soccer team dropped a 6-2 non-conference decision to Millikin on Sunday at England Stadium.

The Lady Blues are now 2-6-0. Millikin improved to 6-2-0

The early stages of the match were tightly contested before the Big Blue put three scores on the board late in the half to earn a lead they wouldn't relinquish.

IC answered first in the second half when Olivia Hulsey cleaned up a Millikin loose ball and buried it in the center of the net. After a Big Blue goal made it 4-1, IC answered again as Jordyn Reyes found the net on a free kick.

The Big Blue added two late goals to provide the final margin.

Katy Adler led IC in shots with three on the day. Stella Gonzalez had five saves in net for the Lady Blues.
