JACKSONVILLE, Ill. – The Illinois College men's tennis squad posted a shutout of Westminster on Sunday at the Bellatti Tennis Center.
IC improved to 1-1 on the season.

The Blueboys took the doubles point, and
Adi Basic and
Jeff Wernsing got things rolling with a 6-1 win at No. 1.
Dalton Short and
Drake Bartos were 6-0 winners at No. 2. Westminster forfeited the No. 3 slot.
IC rolled through the singles action as well. Basic (No. 1), Wernsing (No. 2), and Short (No. 3) were all 6-0, 6-0 victors.
Ryne Breyer took a 6-3, 6-1 win at No. 4, while
Evan Aleman was a 6-1, 6-0 winner at No. 5. Westminster forfeited the No. 6 spot to IC.
