BLOOMINGTON, Ill. – The Illinois College women's soccer team dropped a 3-1 decision at Illinois Wesleyan on Wednesday at Neis Field.

The Lady Blues dropped to 2-4-0, while the Titans remained undefeated at 4-0-3.

IWU jumped ahead almost 15 minutes into the match with a goal at 14:56. The Lady Blues would come roaring back when Mandee Fischer found the net at the 26:42 mark off an assist from Jordyn Reyes.

The match remained tied until the waning moments of the first half, when the Titans scored at 40:52. IWU took that 2-1 lead into halftime.

In the second half, the Titans added a vital insurance goal at 58:32 that would close out the scoring for the evening.

The Lady Blues offense was paced by Adler, who recorded four of IC's 11 shots on the night.  Jourdan Stevens added a pair of shots for IC as well.

IC's Stella Gonzalez went the distance in goal, recording three saves.
