Magnus Leads Clay Target in Spring Week 1

JACKSONVILLE, Ill. – The Illinois College clay target squad opened the spring portion of the 2025-26 season at the Jacksonville Sporting Club.

Individually, IC was led in two of the three categories by Andrew Magnus. Magnus led the team in trap with a 49, which included a perfect score of 25 in his second round. Magnus also recorded a 46 in sporting clays to lead IC in that category.

Hannah Hopper led the team in skeet by posting a perfect score of 50.

The week 2 shoot of the spring will be held tomorrow at the Jacksonville Sporting Club.
