Final Results
LITCHFIELD, Ill. – Illinois College's
Adelie Wilson set a school record to lead the IC women's cross country team's strong performance at the Greenville Classic on Friday afternoon.
The Lady Blues finished second in the team standings as all five of IC's runners placed in the top 30.
Wilson, a freshman, uncorked a 19:13.64 performance to set the school standard while finishing first for IC and fourth overall.
Samantha Costello finished 10th overall with a 20:13.36, and
Emma Wyman was 16th in 20:26.40.
The Lady Blues'
Caroline Peters clocked a 20:40.29 to finish 21st, while
Ashley Watson crossed the finish line in 21:13.87, which was good for 27th place.
