DECATUR, Ill. – The Illinois College women's tennis squad rolled to a 6-1 win over Millikin in a non-conference dual on Wednesday at the Fairview Tennis Complex.
The victory moved IC to 2-1 on the season.

The Lady Blues opened the match by claiming the doubles point with three victories.
Sophie Muir and
Lily Ingram were victorious at No. 1, as were
Sabrina Ingram and
Morgan Keefe at No. 2. The Big Blue forfeited the No. 3 slot to
Alyssa Wise and
Clara Bach.
IC continued to dominate in singles play, winning three of the four matches that were contested. Wise (No. 1), Muir (No. 2), and Keefe (No. 3) cruised to straight-set wins. Millikin forfeited No. 5 (to
Lily Ingram) and No. 6 (to Bach).

The Lady Blues will make their home debut on Saturday when they host Greenville (10:00 a.m.) and Westminster (3:00 p.m.) at the Bellatti Tennis Complex in Jacksonville.
