JACKSONVILLE, Ill. – The Illinois College men's tennis team pitched a shutout, stopping Concordia Chicago, 7-0, on Saturday afternoon at the Bellatti Tennis Complex.

The Blueboys swept the doubles action to open a 1-0 lead.
Jeff Wernsing and
Adi Basic posted a 6-3 win at No. 1 while
Glenn Conway and
Andrus Dupre cruised to a 6-0 win at No. 2.
Tejas Zala and
Grayson Dupre closed out the doubles action with a 6-4 win at No. 3
Singles action was all IC as the Blueboys won five of the six matches in straight sets. Wernsing (No. 1) and Basic (No. 3) both won 6-0, 6-0. Zala (No. 2) was victorious, 6-0, 6-1.
Andrus Dupre (No. 5) won 6-2, 6-1, while
Ryne Breyer won 6-3, 6-4 at No. 6. Conway closed out the shutout with a 6-2, 2-6, 10-3 win at No. 4.
