FULTON, Mo.  – The Illinois College men's tennis team pitched a shutout on Wednesday, blanking Westminster, 7-0, at the Robert Elder Memorial Tennis Courts.

The Blueboys stormed to the doubles point, winning all three matches by a combined 18-2. IC got victories from 
Jeff Wernsing and 
Glenn Conway at No. 1, 
Tejas Zala and 
Andrus Dupre at No. 2, and 
Grayson Dupre and 
Titus Ashford at No. 3.
The singles matches proved to be much of the same as all six IC players won in straight sets.
Andrus Dupre (No. 4) and Ashford (No. 6) both won 6-0, 6-0. Zala (No. 1) was a 6-0, 6-1 winner, while 
Glenn Conway (No. 3) posted a 6-2, 6-0 victory. Wernsing (No. 2) won 6-1, 6-1, and 
Grayson Dupre (No. 5) closed out the Blueboys' victory run with a 6-3, 6-1 win.
