GREENCASTLE, Ind. – DePauw used a second-half surge to post a 95-78 win over Illinois College in a non-conference men's basketball game on Wednesday at Neal Fieldhouse.
The Blueboys moved to 3-7 while DePauw improved to 8-2.

IC was able to forge an early lead and pushed the lead to as much as five in the beginning stages of the contest. The Blueboys held the lead for seven minutes before DePauw took its first lead of the contest with 11:17 to play in the half.Â
The Blueboys continued to stay within striking distance, cutting the lead to one point on two occasions. The Tigers used a late run to take a 48-38 advantage into halftime.
The second half proved to be all DePauw as the Tigers pushed the lead to as much as 23 with 5:17 left in the contest.
IC was led by
Seth Doss, who scored a team-high 14 points and grabbed seven rebounds.
Andrew Thomas chipped in with 13 points while
DeShawn Nolan added 10 points and five boards.

The Blueboys return home to start a two-game homestand on Saturday, hosting Blackburn inside Sherman Gymnasium. Tip-off is scheduled for 1:00 p.m.
