DECATUR, Ill. – The Illinois College men's basketball team dropped a 75-66 decision to Millikin on Tuesday at the Griswold Center.
The Blueboys fell to 2-3 overall, while the Big Blue remained perfect at 4-0.

The early portion of the game was a see-saw affair as the lead changed hands five times. Millikin jumped out to a quick five-point lead, but IC roared back with a 10-2 run to take a three-point advantage with 11:19 remaining in the opening 20 minutes.
The Big Blue regained the lead with 7:41 to play in the opening half and never trailed again. Millikin grew its advantage to as much as eight points before the Blueboys rallied again and went into halftime down 38-36.
Millikin led the entire second half. IC was able to get within a point on two occasions early in the frame, but the Big Blue then pulled away for the victory.
The Blueboys, who were playing their third consecutive road game, were led by
Ty Lenhardt's game-high 28 points. He hit five, 3pt. field goals in the contest.
Seth Doss was the only other IC player to reach double figures as he scored 11 points.
Isayah Kloster and
Connor Brown led IC with five rebounds each, and
DeShawn Nolan handed out four assists.

IC is back in the friendly confines of Sherman Gymnasium for a two-game homestand beginning on Saturday when Elmhurst comes to Jacksonville for a 3:00 p.m. contest.
