JACKSONVILLE, Ill. – The Illinois College men's soccer team played Cornell to a 1-1 draw in a Midwest Conference match on Saturday evening at England Stadium.
IC is now 6-3-4 overall and 1-2-2 in conference action. Cornell moved to 4-7-1 and 2-1-1.

The Blueboys got on the board first when
Tyler Lunning scored his third goal of the week just 8:54 into the contest. Cornell tied the contest at the 31:13 mark and the teams would be tied at one going into intermission.
The second half saw both teams with chances but neither could find the net.
IC had 13 shots on the day, and Cornell took 11.
Jacob Pelletier led a balanced Blueboys attack with three shots.
Oscar Liogon Arenas,
Jason Hernandez, and
Elijah Bunda each had two for IC.
Daniel Happach went the full 90 minutes in goal, recording five saves.

IC is 5-2-3 in its last eight matches. Over the past three seasons, the Blueboys are now 13-4-4 in Midwest Conference action.
