CORNELL, IOWA- The Lady Blues dropped a heart breaker on Tuesday night on the road, 62-61, against Cornell College at the Small Athletics and Wellness Center.
IC moves to 7-12 overall and 4-6 in Midwest Conference play, while the Rams move to 11-6 and 7-2 in conference play.

The game was a tightly contested battle with 22 lead changes throughout. With 11 seconds left, Reagan Wells scored to give the Rams a one-point lead, and Cornell's defense held firm to secure the win.
The Lady Blues held a 46-34 rebounding advantage but struggled with turnovers, allowing 20 points off giveaways. They also scored just 20 points in the paint compared to Cornell's 36.
Jayln Patterson led IC with 14 points on 7-of-11 shooting.
Kallie Oestreicher and
Anna McKee combined for 21 points, with McKee grabbing a team-high seven rebounds.
Raegen Stringer added six assists and five rebounds for IC.
