PELLA, Iowa – The Illinois College women's soccer squad dropped a 3-0 decision to Central on Sunday at the A.N. Kuyper Athletics Complex.
The loss dropped the Lady Blues to 6-2-1 while the Dutch improved to 7-2-0 and have won four straight.

Central got on the board twice in the first half, scoring at the 12:42 and 36:58 marks. The Dutch added an insurance goal in the second period to ice the victory.
The IC offense was paced by
Haley Sommer who led the squad with four shots on the day.
Holly Morehart added two while
Abbi Renwick and
Olivia Ralston each had one.
Sophia Kriegesmann went the distance in goal for the Lady Blues, recording four saves.

Today's match was the first of the season in which IC did not score the first goal of the contest.
