NASHVILLE, TENN- The Lady Blues closed out the Music City Classic with a win over Marywood University, 80-60. IC moves to 3-9 and Marywood drops to 9-6.

The Lady Blues secured a victory to close out the 2024 calendar year, shooting 45% from the field. IC dominated the boards with a 49-36 rebounding edge and committed just 11 turnovers compared to Marywood's 17.
IC came out strong ending the first quarter up 30-19 and kept it going scoring 80 points for the first time this season.
Jayln Patterson led the charge again for the Lady Blues going 11-13 from the field and ended with 24 points.
Kallie Oestreicher added 13 points and
Raegen Stringer ended with seven assists on the night.
IC limited Marywood to 39% from the field and just 22% from behind the arc.

Wightman now has 938 career points in her journey to join the 1,000 career-point club at Illinois College.
