JACKSONVILLE, Ill.- The Illinois College Blueboys hosted Westminster College on Monday. The team picked up a 1-0 win to advance to 1-1 overall this season.
Reed Rogers put the Blueboys ahead with a goal assisted by
Tyler Lunning in the 21st minute. IC led the match in shots 9-5.
Albert Nimako led the team in shots with three in the contest.
Owen Macias represented the Blueboys in goal recording three saves in the match.
The team will travel to face Fontbonne University on Saturday, 9/6 at 7:00 PM.
