JACKSONVILLE, IL. - The Illinois College athletic department is excited to announce the hiring of McKenzie Moore as the next head cheer coach.
Moore comes to IC after serving as a cheerleader instructor at Universal Cheerleaders Association in Bloomington, Illinois since 2022. While at UCA, she created strategic personal training programs specific to each athlete to help track their performance and benchmark goals. Moore also educated athletes on proper ways to exercise to prevent sports injuries.
" I am so excited to have McKenzie as the Head Cheer Coach. McKenzie has tons of experience with cheer and I can't wait to see what she builds with this team." said Head Dance Team Coach and Director of Spirit Teams Samantha Laster.
