Blueboys Baseball Fall Short Against Maroons

CHICAGO, Ill.- The Illinois College Blueboys baseball team traveled to face the University of Chicago on Friday. The team fell short to the Maroons with a final score of 1-4. 

Walker Smith led the team going one for three at the plate with one RBI. Griffin King got the start at the mound pitching 5.0 innings with three strikeouts. 

IC will continue their series with the University of Chicago tomorrow in a doubleheader at 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM.
