Box Score 4 ANDERSON, Ind.- The Illinois College men's and women's tennis teams traveled to Anderson University for a doubleheader against the Anderson Ravens and the Lourdes University Gray Wolves. Both teams suffered losses to the competition 0-9 in both matches.
The Blueboys were led by
Ethan Sabotta earning three-game wins in his first set and four-game wins in a competitive second set against Lourdes. The No.1 doubles team of Sabotta and
Derek Wilkinson showcased their teamwork stringing together three game wins against the Ravens.
The Lady Blues were led by
Michelle Maag,
Lily Ingram, and
Shya Prescott all forcing a third-set tiebreaker in their singles matches against Anderson.
The women's team will host Illinois Wesleyan on Friday, 9/9 at 5:00 PM while the men's team will return to action on the road facing Greenville on Thursday, 9/15 at 3:00 PM.
