JACKSONVILLE, Ill.- The Illinois College Blueboys hosted Simpson College on Tuesday afternoon in a competitive non-conference matchup. The Storm were able to best the Blueboys with a final of 0-3. This drops IC to 6-2-1 overall this season.
Simpson would take an early lead scoring two goals in the first 13 minutes of play. This would be the score at the end of the first half with IC down 0-2. Simpson was able to add another goal to increase their lead in the 57th minute and claim the win.

Carlos Garcia split time in the goal for the Blueboys earning one save each.
The Blueboys will begin MWC play by hosting Grinnell College on Saturday, 9/24 at 11:00 AM.
