BELOIT, Wis.- The Illinois College Lady Blues traveled to face Beloit College on Sunday. IC was able to defeat the Buccaneers with a final of 78-54. This advances the Lady Blues to 8-9 overall and 7-5 in the MWC.
IC was led by
Lilly Pepper recording a double-double with 31 points and 12 rebounds.
Kendra Bass also reached double figures in scoring with 15 points in the contest.
The Lady Blues jumped ahead early. IC led 41-26 as the game headed to halftime. IC was able to maintain their lead for the rest of the contest to walk away with the conference win.
IC will host Knox College on Tuesday, 2/15 at 7:30 PM.
