JACKSONVILLE, Ill.- The Illinois College Blueboys hosted the Blackburn College Beavers on Wednesday at the Links Golf Course in Jacksonville, Illinois. IC was able to earn a first place victory with a total team score of 314.
Tre Wahlig led the way for the Blueboys finishing the round with a final score of 75. Sam Frericks (78),
Tanner Romine (80),
Jarrett James (81), and
Dane Huber (81) rounded out the first place team.
Tobin Nell was able to earn a second place finish individually with a score of 76.
Nathan Ellis took home third place in the individual competition shooting a round of 77.
The Blueboys will look ahead to compete in the Illinois Valley Community College Invite on Monday, 9/27 to Tuesday, 9/28.
