IC Women's Soccer Falls Short at Home against Lake Forest College

Jacksonville, Ill. - The Illinois College Lady Blues women's soccer team fell short against Lake Forest College by a final score of 3-1. With this loss, the Lady Blues overall record now sits at 1-1.

The Illinois College offensive was provided by Katie Elmore thanks to a successful penalty kick in the 53rd minute. 

Savannah Henson had a outstanding performance in goal for the Lady Blues totaling 19 saves. 

The Lady Blues will square off at home against the Westminster College Blue Jays on Tuesday, 3/30, at 7:00 PM.
