AURORA, Ill.- The Illinois College men's basketball team suffered a loss to Aurora College on the road with a final score of 100-81. This drops the team to 4-2 overall.
Deandre Enoch and
Jake Mazrimas exploded offensively to lead the Blueboys. Enoch led the team with 30 points while Mazrimas was able to record a double-double totaling 29 points and 10 rebounds.Â
Illinois College fell to an early deficit after Aurora started the game on a 7-0 run. The team trailed Aurora 44-30 at the end of the first half.Â

The deficit proved to be too much to overcome as Aurora was able to earn the win.Â
The Blueboys finished the game shooting 50.0 percent from field goal range and 36.4 percent from beyond the arc.Â
Illinois College will look ahead to face Cornell College on the road on Sunday, 3/7 at 2:00 PM.
