JACKSONVILLE, Ill.- The Illinois College women's tennis team hosted two MWC competitors on Saturday. The team fell to the Cornell College Rams with a final of 3-6 and suffered a loss to Grinnell College 0-9.
The #3 doubles team of
Shya Prescott and
Lydia Criveau were able to earn a victory in the first match of the day against Cornell 8-4. IC would pick up another victory against Cornell in #4 singles by
Michelle Maag 6-1, 7-5. Criveau was able to earn her second victory of the day picking up a win in #6 singles with a score of 6-1, 6-0.Â
The Lady Blues wrap up their Fall regular season with a record of 2-8 overall and 1-5 in the MWC.Â
