The Illinois College volleyball team earned its first Midwest Conference win of the season on Friday, beating Beloit College in four games in Beloit, Wisconsin. The Lady Blues won by scores of 25-21, 21-25, 25-18, 25-17.
Three Lady Blues reached double digits in kills as
Alese Speckhart led the way with 14.
Holly Crocher and
Megan Moore added 10 and 12, respectively.
Maurissa Moulton dished out a team-high 26 assists, while
Courtney Louveau chipped in 21 more.
Allison Perkins made 22 digs, Moore had four blocks and Moulton had a pair of aces.
The Lady Blues improved to 5-18 overall and 1-8 in the Midwest Conference. They wrap up their season with a match at Lake Forest College on Saturday.
